After World War II the need for a home in Thessaloniki is imperative and Spyros Kioseloglou founded the construction company :
“I. Kioseloglou & Co. GP” constructing more than 30 apartment buildings in the city center and east.
In 1998, the company Anodos Ltd was founded, using privately owned land.
Founding member and owner of the company is Sotiris Spyros Kioseloglou.
In 2011, the company expands its scope into commercial activities, renovations, home renovations, business premises and hotels.
The company’s offices are located in a privately owned space in the historic center of the city, at 11 Agia Theodora Street.
